Return Policy

We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We do not accept and will not process exchanges or returns at this time. Please note Emerald Swimwear reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

Due to health regulations, we do not accept swimwear returns, all items purchased are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your confirmation email.
